Information We Collect

Calculator and Tool Inputs

All calculator inputs and results are processed entirely in your browser (client-side JavaScript). We do not collect, store, transmit, or log any values you enter into our calculators or tools. Your financial, health, and personal data entered into tools never leaves your device.

Usage Data (Google Analytics 4)

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics automatically collects: page views, session duration, approximate geographic region, device type, browser type, and referring website. This data is aggregated and anonymised. it does not identify you individually.

We have configured Google Analytics with Consent Mode, meaning analytics tracking is disabled by default for visitors in regions requiring consent. Analytics only activates after you accept optional cookies via the cookie consent banner.

You can opt out of Google Analytics at any time using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Contact Form Data

If you contact us via email, we collect only the information you choose to provide (your email address and message content) in order to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list without explicit consent.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

We display advertisements served by Google AdSense, a service provided by Google LLC. Google AdSense and its partners use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to serve ads based on your interests, prior visits to this site, and your activity across the web. Web beacons are small electronic files embedded in ad creative that allow Google to count users who have visited certain pages and to verify related statistics.

Data Retention

Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default. Contact enquiries are retained for up to 2 years. We do not retain calculator input data as it is never transmitted to us.

GDPR (EU / UK Visitors)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the following rights under GDPR / UK GDPR:

• Access: Request a copy of personal data we hold about you
• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data

Children’s Privacy

ToolHub Pro is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
